Dana's areas of expertise include working with the nervous system, mental health, stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma. She also works with people with digestive disorders, musculoskeletal injuries, metabolic and reproductive disorders incorporating yoga practice to support health and healing.
With a background in natural medicine and training in Hatha, Iyengar and an Ayurvedic approach to Asana practice, Dana weaves together the different approaches of yoga, her understanding of anatomy and physiology, and her many years of clinical experience to create a practice that most suits your health care needs.
